Participants will explore conflict and define re-enactment (the drama triangle) as behavior that is rooted in the neurobiological effects of trauma. Participants will identify three different roles in the drama triangle and learn empowering strategies to escape the drama triangle in both professional and personal interactions.
OBJECTIVES:
- Participants will understand that conflict often triggers predictable behaviors that are rooted in the neurobiological effects of trauma
