University Health Primary Care Lakewood Pavilion
The University Health Primary Care Lakewood Pavilion is a primary care clinic located on the University Health Lakewood Medical Center campus. Patients have access to a laboratory and diagnostic imaging within the hospital and an extensive list of specialty care services. Family medicine physicians provide well care, preventive medicine and care for those with chronic illnesses.
Hours:
Monday – 8 am to 6 pm
Tuesday – 7 am to 6:30 pm
Wednesday – 7 am to 6:30 pm
Thursday – 7 am to 6:30 pm
Friday – 8 am to 4 pm
