The following insurance plans are accepted at all University Health locations.

If you do not see your insurance plan listed, please contact your plan administrator or insurance provider directly and ask that they add University Health to your plan or network.

Although University Health accepts most health insurance plans, you may find that some physician offices may not participate in the same insurance plans that University Health accepts. Please check with your physician to ensure that they participate with your insurance plan or network before seeking services with us.

All healthcare plans require precertification or authorization by the insurance company for any inpatient service and for some outpatient procedures. It is the responsibility of the physician's office or you as a member of the plan to ensure this process is completed. Prior to admission for any inpatient services or scheduling an outpatient procedure, please contact your physician's office to confirm that precertification is in place.
