<ul>
<li><strong>Pregnancy </strong>- Topics include: anatomy, warning signs, signs of labor, and preterm labor.</li>
<li><strong>Cesarean </strong>– Reasons for cesareans, scheduling, preparation for surgery, the day of surgery, and recovery in the hospital.</li>
<li><strong>Newborn and Postpartum </strong>– Initial newborn care, safe sleep practices, self-care after surgery, and perinatal mood disorders.</li>
</ul>
<p>This class is offered in a purely VIRTUAL format for your convenience. Class will be cancelled if no one is registered. Please pre-register at least 24 hours in advance of class time.
