At University Health, our Guest Services staff is here to help you navigate our campus. You can find a friendly "Blue Coat" Ambassador at our many stations throughout the hospital, including the Main Lobby, the Charlotte Street entrance, ICU visitor lounge, and the Medical Pavilion.

Patient Advocate
Healthcare can be emotional, frustrating and confusing, but our patient advocates are here to help you and your family through the process. Our goal is to provide you with compassionate care and excellent customer service during your time of need. Patient Advocates are available to listen and respond to questions, comments or concerns about your hospital visit or stay.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
