University Health is partnering with ModivCare to provide transportation services for eligible patients.
Who is eligible?
- Patients who DO NOT HAVE Medicaid or other means of transportation.
- Patients must live within 12 miles from either University Health Truman Medical Center or University Health Lakewood Medical Center.
Where will the car pick me up?
The car will pick you up and return you to your home. One way trips are available.
Call 816-404-3375 between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday to reserve transportation.
