Importance of strength training
The 2026 FIFA World Cup will bring an estimated 650,000 fans to Kansas City throughout the event.

Gibson recently appeared on Fox 4 News to share suggestions for people at any fitness level – from beginners to more advanced athletes – on how to incorporate strength training into a weekly workout routine.
